It is dynamically designed to incorporate the most effective reward system in today's network marketing business. The plan helps Distributors focus their sales and business builder development activities for early and substantial success and profitability, whether their choice is part time or fulltime. Dristributors sell products and sponsor business builders into the Enagic community of health conscious entrepreneurs who have made good health choices. Distributors share Enagic's lifestyle enhancing products and assist other Distributors in selling these leading-edge products and business strategies. There is no sign-up fee to become a Distributor and no product purchase is required. It is, however, necessary to sell product to earn rank advancement and to earn commissions and bonuses. The Enagic Compensation Plan calculates commissions and bonuses which is based on the sale of products and not necessarrily on the recruting of other distributors. All Distributors purchase product at the same cost, directly from the company and enjoy the following features in the Enagic Compensation Plan:
The Enagic Compensation Plan is unique and the first like it in the industry. It is not the same as any other you have ever seen. As you work this plan it will become, not only fascinatating, but more easily understood and very lucrative of fun! The Enagic Compensation Plan begins with The Basic 8 Point Commission Structure. This structure works the same for all products but please notice that the point value for each product varies. (See chart at end of chapter) The Basic 8 Point Commission Structure is the foundation from which each Distributor begins building his/her Financial Health with Enagic product sales. The following explains how a Distributor achieves each rank advancement and the maximum they are eligible to earn at each rank of "1A" through "6A". All examples shown here are for sales of our most popular unit, the LeveLux DX. Each point equals $225. It is important to remember that only 8 points are paid out on each sale... 8 points within 8 levels. That is a total of $1800 allotted for pay7-out on each unit sold. Commission pay-out always begins with the Distributor that made the sale and is paid out up line from that point. If a Distributor within 8 levels beneath you advances to a higher rank, your maximum pay could be reduced. Remember that the Basic 8 Commission Structure pays through 8 points ($1800) within 8 levels. All of the activity in these two examples took place within your 8 levels but understand why you did not get paid on this sale in Example #2. All the available commissions were paid out before it got up to you. Notice the 5 A Distributor on your 2nd level received only $500, not $1125 a 5A Distributor would have made had he/she personally made the sale. $500 was paid to 5A on level 2 because that is all the money that remained once other Distributors were paid. When these commissions are calculated on each unit, the person making the sale is paid first. His/her sponsor is paid next and each eligible up line in succession until 8 points ($1800) are paid out. Each eligible Distributor is paid based on his/her pay rank at the time of calculation. At any given rank, you earn the amount due for your rank, less the amount due to other distributors between you and the sale. Use the Enagic Basic8 point Commission Structure chart at the end of this chapter for reference as you are reading the explanations. Understand these numbers are the maximum each rank could make from the sale on that particular level. Remember, this is a unique plan! The following explains how ranks are achieved one step at a time, although one step at a time is not necessary. A Distributor advances directly from 1A (must have 2 direct sales) to any other rank when the accumulated volume meets the stated requirements. Once a rank is achieved, it is always retained until the next rank is attained. A Distributor never has to start over and Distributors 2A through 6A can have an unlimited number of direct sales. Educational Allowance Must be a 6A Distributor (or higher) to be eligible for this incentive. When a distributor becomes a 6A Distributor, he/she will receive $150 Educational Allowance for each unit sold below his/her 8 points. The Allowance is effective for units sold after the first day of the month following the Distributor's advancement to 6A. The 6A Distributor will receive the Educational Allowance, without limitation of levels, down to but not including the next 6A Distributor. The Education Allowance is paid daily, when sales occur. Development Bonus Must be a 6A2 Distributor (or higher) to be eligible for this bonus. When a distributor becomes a 6A2 Distributor, he/she will receive a $40 bonus for each unit sold in his/her group (within 8 points), without limitation of levels, down to but not including the next 6A2 Distributor. This bonus is calculated per calendar month and is paid on the 10th of the following month. Leadership Bonus Must be a 6A2-2(or higher) Distributor to be eligible for this bonus. When a distributor becomes a 6A2-2 Distributor, he/she will receive an additional $40 incentive for each unit sold in his/her group, without limitation of levels, down to but not including the next 6A2-2 Distributor. This bonus is calculated per calendar month and is paid on the 10th of the following month. International Bonus Pool Must be a 6A2 Distributor (or higher) to be eligible for this bonus. Each calendar quarter, 3% of the total gross sales of Enagic is distributed proportionately to eligible Distributors who meet the following qualifying conditions. This bonus is paid on the 25th of the month following the end of each calendar quarter.
conditions depend on the rank achieved. A 6A2 Distributor or higher must accomplish a minimum of 50% of the numbers in the chart to be eligible for a portion of the Bonus Pool. Bonuses are prorated. It is only fair that a Distributor producing more deserves more. The detail of this bonus will be given at scheduled 6A training seminar. Group Sales Incentive Bonus Must be a 6A2 Distributor to be eligible for this bonus. A maximum bonus of 2.4% will be paid on each distributor group sales based on the Distributor's rank. The breakdown of 2.4% is shown in the chart. This bonus will be paid on the 25th of the month, following the end of each calendar quarter. A Group is down to, but not including, the next rank of like kind. A simple way to understand this pay-out is as follows:
